Who are we?
There is a small cove at the mouth Marblehead Harbor (MA) called Flat Rock by the townies. At high tide we jump off the large flat rock into the refreshing ocean water of the North Atlantic. As a child this is where my mother taught me how to swim.
Life is about continually learning. At Flat Rock Careers you will learn new techniques in job search, how you can and should leverage our extensive professional network and discover career success.

What we do?
For many people, their careers have progressed, and they have done pretty well. Raises and promotions came often, but not always. Then, you realize that your career happened to you, without even having a plan. You may think "How did I get here?" But you realize that there is still time to fix things, to take control of your career. "But where do I start?" That is where we come in.
I offer a variety of coaching services to help you move past the obstacles in your career. I will help you identify your personal values, strengths, and abilities in support of your career goals. Working together you will develop different perspectives and achieve the outcomes you’re striving for.
